Necessary documents in Spain
Once you have bought a home in Spain and you are moving to the Spanish coast a few things have to be arranged. The documents that you need to deal with the official businesses differ per different regions in Spain, which means that you need this takes some planning. To obtain either N.I.E. or a registration certificate, or if you are going to enroll into a Spanish town, it is advisable to have the following documents.
- Passport
- Passport photos
- Birth certification
- Heath insurance papars
- Marital status, papers to prove it
- Employment contact, payslip or financial data of your own business
- Deregistration from your municipality of where you previously lived
- Proof of ownership, lease or other documents to prove that you own a home in Spain
- Evidence that you can provide a living in Spain
