Dunique Marbella – exclusive living in Spain

Dunique Marbella is a very exclusive and luxurious complex on the sandy beaches of East Marbella. The avant-garde architecture and finishing with the highest quality materials make this complex a wonderful place to live. You can enjoy the wonderful Spanish temperatures here in all luxury. The complex

This new development will consist of semi-detached three-bedroom villas and luxurious two- to four-bedroom apartments. All the properties have been carefully designed to provide a unique living experience. Apart from the luxury in the homes themselves, the complex also features magnificent communal areas. There is a social club, state of the art gym of 200 m², yoga and meditation room, spa, floating infinity pool, coworking area, two swimming pools, 24 hours security per day, electric buggies and a glamorous bar. You will certainly not lack for facilities here!

Attached villas

The villas will have a surface area of 412 to 641 square metres, making them very spacious. In addition, they will all have terraces of 180 to 289 square metres and a spacious garden with a private swimming pool.

Luxury apartments

The two to four bedroom aparmtents will also be very spacious with areas of 300 to 516 square metres and magnificent terraces.

These properties all have underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, two parking spaces, a storage room and a charging point for electric cars. Prices will start from 1.8 million euros for the attached villas and from 2 million for the luxury apartments.

The last new development on the Costa del Sol was in East Estepona. The prices of these beachfront apartments started at 2.3 million euros at the beginning of construction, about 5 years ago, and on completion the last units were sold for around 3.1 million euros. We expect similar price increases at Marbella Beach given its unique beach location in Marbella.

Location: East Marbella

The exclusive Dunique complex is situated at the beach of East Marbella and therefore has a very unique location. The complex is in fact the only new development to be built along the beautiful sandy beaches of East Marbella since the year 2000. At the beach of East Marbella there are many cosy restaurants and bars like the Beach House in Elviria and also a number of 5-star hotels like the Don Carlos Hotel and the Los Monteros Hotel. Several public schools including the English International College and Colegio Alborán are also located in East Marbella, near the mile-long beaches. It only takes 30 minutes to reach Málaga airport, which is ideal if you want to return to your home country from time to time.

Beaches

In East Marbella, there is a wide choice of beaches, as there is one every 100 metres. Most of these beaches have excellent facilities with trendy bars and chiringuitos (beach bars). Whether you are looking for a child-friendly, lively or quiet beach, you will find it all in East Marbella! Real luxury can be found at the famous Nikki Beach, where you can spot celebrities with a glass of champagne in your hands. Looking for a beach where you can relax with a smaller budget? Then Andy’s Beach is definitely a must, offering lovely bars and restaurants.

Shopping & Entertainment

When it comes to shopping and activities, East Marbella is the place to be. Each urbanisation has its own great facilities. Elviria, for example, is very popular for a bite to eat or a day of shopping in one of the two shopping centres. A more adventurous day can be experienced at the Amazonia theme park. Here, you can climb through the tops of trees and overcome exciting obstacles.

Of course, the golf courses in this region cannot be forgotten either. In East Marbella, there are no fewer than four 18-hole and three 9-hole golf courses within a radius of just 10 kilometres! Marbella Golf, Country Club and Santa Clara Golf, for example, are located here.

Dining and entertainment

In all urbanisations of East Marbella (Elviria, El Rosario, Rio Real, Los Monteros, etc.) boredom will certainly not be an issue. There are many restaurants scattered around East Marbella and also at the beach restaurants you can go for a delicious meal. If you want to go out in the evening, there are plenty of options. Bars are plentiful and each urbanisation also has its own evening entertainment. On top of all this, the exclusive marina of Puerto Banús and the centre of Marbella are not far away, so you can also go there and have a great evening.
